Mark Heffner Presents Life Continuum Planning Session
Mark Heffner recently gave a presentation entitled “Planning for the Life Continuum” to the Rhode Island Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Mark’s presentation focused on legal issues of particular concern for those with Multiple Sclerosis and their families, including planning for incapacity through the use of Durable Powers of Attorney and effective Medicaid planning in the event of the need for extended long term care.
Founded in 1953, The MS Society – Rhode Island Chapter provides programs and services to the state’s 2000 residents living with MS and the people who love and care for them.
