Jennifer has been a paralegal with Heffner & Associates since 2007, and focuses on guiding clients through the probate process. Whether our client has been appointed as a Guardian for an incapacitated loved one, or as an Executor or Administrator in a decedent estate, Jennifer works with Attorney Heffner to prepare and submit to the Probate Court all necessary petitions, accountings and other required documents.
Jennifer is a constant guide and companion to our clients throughout the entire probate process. She knows through her own experience how difficult it is to see loved ones decline or pass away, and our clients consistently comment on both her personal empathy as well as her technical skills.
Jennifer was born and raised in Warwick and graduated from Warwick Veterans Memorial High School. She completed paralegal studies at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner, Massachusetts, and the Community College of Rhode Island. After living in northern Massachusetts for 25 years, she came back home to Rhode Island, joining our firm shortly thereafter. She is an avid reader and thoroughly enjoys home renovations.
